Terms and Conditions

1) Agreement to Contract

The estimate provided by High Calling Pressure Washing LLC serves as a price proposal. The contract becomes legally binding when the customer accepts the estimate in writing, electronically, or through verbal confirmation and scheduling. Upon acceptance, the customer agrees to the stated price and the Terms & Conditions herein. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. This Agreement, together with the specific written estimate or invoice issued to the customer, defines the full scope of work to be performed.

2) Product Warranties

All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. High Calling Pressure Washing LLC makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, High Calling Pressure Washing LLC should be notified immediately.

3) Water Usage

By accepting this agreement, you agree to provide High Calling Pressure Washing LLC the right to use an on‑site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.

4) Electrical Usage

By accepting this agreement, you agree to provide High Calling Pressure Washing LLC the right to use an on‑site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior source is required it will be at an additional charge.

5) Wood Cleaning Limitations

Soft washing or pressure washing wood surfaces may reveal natural variations, grain differences, and pre‑existing discoloration. Cleaning cannot restore wood to a uniform color, and some boards may appear lighter or darker depending on age, exposure, and condition.

6) Courtesy

While High Calling Pressure Washing LLC is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface for at least 24 hours after our work is completed. This is for your safety as well as our own.

7) Payments

Payments to High Calling Pressure Washing LLC are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check, cash, or digitally through QuickBooks Digital Payments. All balances are ALWAYS due upon completion of the job. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing on our contract. A processing fee may apply to card payments. Late charges of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all balances not paid within 5 days of job completion, in accordance with contract terms.

If an account is turned over for collection, the customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees in an amount not to exceed 15% of the principal and interest owed, as provided under O.C.G.A. § 13‑1‑11. Before any such attorney's fees are added, High Calling Pressure Washing LLC will provide the customer with written notice of the amount due, and the customer will have ten (10) days from receipt of that notice to pay the principal and interest in full without incurring attorney's fees.

8) Scheduling

Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum; however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.

9) Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

The customer may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice, or an arrival where High Calling Pressure Washing LLC cannot access or perform the job through no fault of its own (a “no‑access” visit), may be subject to a trip/cancellation fee of $50.

10) Removal & Replacement of Deck Contents

Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters, and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage, or storage issues. We do not move fragile or heavy items over 50 lbs. An additional charge may be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.

11) Damages

High Calling Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders, and improper caulking. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Oxidation on vinyl siding may appear more visible after cleaning. This is normal and not damage caused by cleaning. Power washing, which entails the removal of chalky, gritty, or failing surface materials, may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. High Calling Pressure Washing LLC will not be responsible for such conditions. High Calling Pressure Washing LLC will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

12) Stains

Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, and splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

13) Watertight

High Calling Pressure Washing LLC expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes, but is not limited to, all electrical services including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight. High Calling Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical‑related items or doors or windows. High Calling Pressure Washing LLC cannot guarantee removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces.

14) Window Spotting

Windows may become water spotted as a result of our services.

15) Concrete

The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.

16) Liability Limitation

High Calling Pressure Washing LLC’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These limitations address pre‑existing property conditions and inherent risks of the cleaning process as described above, and do not limit liability for damage directly caused by High Calling Pressure Washing LLC’s gross negligence or willful misconduct in the performance of the work.

17) Quality Assurance Policy

If you have any concerns about the results, notify us within 5 days and we will return to address the issue where possible. Some stains, oxidation, and surface imperfections cannot be removed by pressure washing.

18) Photo & Marketing Release

High Calling Pressure Washing LLC may take before/after photos or videos of completed work for quality documentation and marketing purposes (website, social media, advertising). Customer property will not be identified by address. Customers may opt out of marketing use by notifying High Calling Pressure Washing LLC in writing prior to service.

19) Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the applicable written estimate or invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and High Calling Pressure Washing LLC regarding the work described, and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to that work.

20) Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate court of Effingham County or Chatham County, Georgia.
